Spotted, Katy Perry on the red carpet at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards tonight in LA. She ripped from the runway a baby blue ELIE SAAB SPRING 2012 COUTURE beaded floral applique gown with a 3/4 sleeve, V-neck back and a bow sash around the waist. Her scoop neck gown was paired with pink lips, a blue sleek puff bun and diamond drop earrings. Love this dress and Katy looked okay. Her make-up was beautiful but her hair doesn't mesh well with this dress. A gorgeous dress like this should have been saved for an Oscar like red carpet but it did look great on her.
